Didn't you like a post with exactly that on the front page?
Granted, the order is a zig-zag, but it's pretty straightforward if you're looking at them. Considering that they're not arranged as organizedly as the carpals, I'd say it's as good as you'll get. I don't know what 'in order' would BE, even if I got to look at the picture and number them off.
