What do medical students and dental students have in common?

They both took the mcat, but the dental students just didn't do so well.

Medicine is the only field where you tell a women to take off her clothes and her husband will pay you for it.

Q: What do the vagina and the chorda tympani nerve have in common?

A: They both provide sensation to the anterior third of the tounge.

It is the anterior 2/3rds of the tounge, indeed.

Where is Moore when you need him? 😀

This just shows what a nerd I am.

When having an unusually slow day for cognition, our Neuro proff was told "you must be running just on C fibers" Ha. Now, whenever I am a little slow on the uptake, the joke is that I am having a "c-fibers" day.
(This just goes to show how study has driven me insane😉 )

the HYPOGLOSSAL NERVE

whoever said lingual nerve was wrong...it comes from the mandibular division of the trigeminal nerve to do general sense to the anterior 2/3 of the tongue. the hypoglossal nerve does motor innervation of the tongue.

True, but lingual was funnier.
