I have a furnished room with a full size bed, your own bathrooms, access to kitchen and laundry. I do have a small dog (maltipoo) he mostly keeps to himself. House is in a quite neighborhood. I am a female and would prefer a female, however, I will consider a male roommate after meeting over zoom. Rent is $200/week and includes all utilities. Major cross streets for the house are 67th avenue and Greenway. House is close to Banner Thunderbird, Abrazo, Banner Del Webb, and easy access to the highways.
