Since it's listed as a future activity, I think readers of your application will implicitly understand that those activities may change and are by no means guaranteed. As long your genuine intent is to complete those activities (and you have something in its place if you fail to complete an activity), I think you're fine.

Why don't you get some clinical experience this year since you are not even applying till next?

Screens are normally GPA/MCAT, but some schools, like Mayo, do the screen based on EC's primarily.
