Does it look like a growing or dying position? I've heard that all of OT is going to be swallowed up by Physical therapy let alone the assistants.

I never heard of OTs merging with PTs. http://occupational-therapy.advanceweb.com/Article/Occupation-Is-the-Means-and-the-End.aspx I know a lot of COTAs and all have jobs in SNF with well paying jobs. Obviously if you really want to differentiate yourself become CHT 🙂
