wow.....i had no idea there was this much of a problem with the new optometry school opening! I am a biology student at the University of the Incarnate Word and i thought it was a great thing. I have wanted to be an optometrist as long as i can remember. Although, i did plan on going to optometry school in Houston when i heard about the one at UIW opening i was delighted :-/ i guess not everyone is as happy as me. This really is making me think twice as to whether this is a good idea.
