I've just finished writing notes on every question from USMLE World, by section and title of question.
If you are interested in getting quizzed on these questions via G-chat drop me a line and tell me about yourself.
An example question from me would be:
"give me the two drugs that cover for C. trachomatis" you want a clue? one starts with an A and the other one if you take it you shouldn't be exposed to the sun.
That kind of thing. Azithromycin and Doxycyclin.
And I would follow up: The question presented with an infertile couple. The answer was inappropriate antibiotic therapy. So they basically wanted you to know that if you don't cover for Gono and Chlam you can get PID --> infertility. But again, the answer was: Inappropriate antibiotic therapy, i.e. they forgot to cover for both organisms.
I'm hoping to go over 20+ questions per hour over G-chat; If someone wants to go over a certain section like Micro (194 questions) we can do that too.
I learn from asking questions, but I can answer too.
