Anyone using the new teleconsult codes G2010 effectively and generating any significant amount of revenue with them?

I’d be interested in what platform and how to do so. Seems with the low reimbursement (~$13 Medicare) it’s not worth it even if you can do a good volume - takes too long and too much hassle. Are private payors reimbursing these codes and what rates?
