Pathoma says G6PD deficiency is mainly intravascular deficiency, w/ hemoglobinuria a few hrs after stress.
In first aid p 356 e 13. It says it's primarily destroyed extravascularly, and says hemoglobinuria a few days later..
I know it can be both, but which is it predominantly??
