On FA 2011 page 350, it has it under extravascular hemolysis and then on page 352, G6PD is listed as intravascular hemolysis.
Any thoughts? You see bite cells/heinz bodies with these so it makes sense it would be extravascular since it would be cleared by the reticuloendothelial system. but at the same time, can oxidation be so strong that you can also see intravascular hemolysis?
