GA BOP and federal regulation states:

"The transfer of original prescription drug order information for a C-III, IV, or V substance for the purpose of refill dispensing is permissible between pharmacies one time only"

What does this mean for a prescription that has been entered but never filled? Say the prescription has 1 fill +1 refill. If never filled at the original pharmacy, can it be transferred twice?

On CIII, IV, and V, the transfers can only be done ONCE, regardless of it was filled at the original pharmacy or not!
