Sorry I am asking a question already asked but since I was pre med I am pretty lost. Is there anyway other than becoming a Pharmacy tech to earn experience before applying to Pharmacy school?
I have volunteered at a teen cancer center, free health clinic has a health records intern and front desk helper, rehab center for a year, and for a local organization that allows individuals to meet with cancer patients.
I dont know what else to do or how to gain experience pharmacy related.

Shadowing is a decent place to start. All you can really do is watch, but it's better than nothing. Any reason why you can't be a pharmacy tech though? Or have you just been unable to land a position yet?

I pretty much work over 40 hours a week at a consulting firm to pretty much help pay off undergraduate loans right now so it would be difficult for me to complete the five pre reqs I have to take and also to take the PCATs with my schedule for me to become a pharmacy technician.

Also alot of the pharmacies here(northern virginia) are very hesitant for me to shadow due to liability issues.
