Help! I had a 3 year HPSP and did not do OBLC in med school. I did a civilian pathology residency and recently found out I will be assigned overseas. I will graduate my program June 30th but I won't be put on active duty until the OBLC starts Aug 4. So I won't have a paycheck for 1-2 months.
They can not assign me stateside temporarily or send me overseas without OBLC. Has anyone run into this type of situation or have any ideas?
