Really considering Anesthesia as of late but I've not got a stellar app. 218 step 1. P in all but one M1/M2 class, with HP in one class. All P in M3 so far except I honored an anesthesia course. I believe I will do well on step 2 (240-250) given how I'm doing on shelf exams and UWorld. Not that I have much choice, but I would prefer southwest programs.

Advice would be appreciated.

Any red flags? US allopathic school? From what you've told, you should be fine if you apply broadly in your region.
