Hey guys, I have a question regarding this problem :What is the maximum concentration of fluoride ions that could be present in 0.032M Ba(NO3)2 (Ksp,BaF2 = 3.2x10^-8)?
I understand how to work it out, but I am confused on the Ksp expression. Why is it not Ksp = [x][2x]^2? Is it because you are solving for F, and technically you don't know what "[2x]" is?
