Concentrations for solids and liquids are 1. Kp (or constants of any equilibrium) are always products/constants. Therefore, 1/2 = 0.50 atm.
 
Yes, the Kp is of course your equilibrium constant for this reaction. The only thing that appears in the calculation of the constant is the CO2 gas, which you've assumed correctly.

Look at your units, the Kp = atm^-1, that is, inverse atmospheres. Thus 2.0 atm^-1 = 1/[pCO2]. All their asking you do is find the partial pressure that gives you this equilibrium constant value.
