I tend to miss a lot of destroyer and bootcamp conceptual questions relating to solubility, resonance, acidity and equilibrium. I was wondering what other sources people use other than Chad to clear up on the basic fundamentals.

Most stable conjugate base? Most acidic.

Put something in water that dissolves? Lower freezing point and higher boiling point. (I like to think that the middle range of a thermometer gets bigger so the freezing point lowers and boiling point rises.

Solubility? Look for NAG SAG on YouTube.

Main resonance contributor? Check all structures to make sure no octet is broken (Sulfur and Phosphorus commonly break octet). Look for conjugation second. More conjugation is usually most stable. Then look for negative charges on most electronegative atoms (O,F). If they are all the same except say one has a C anion and the other has an O anion? O anion is the main contributor (because it's more likely that the electronegative O atom will have the electrons near it, not the C).

Equilibrium? I'm not sure what you mean by this. Continue this thread or PM me and I can help.

It's important to first learn the concepts from a text . I suggest the Klein text book for Organic Chem and the Chang book for General Chemistry.
