Is there anyway to tell which elements is the limiting reagent if you have the balanced equation? The only way i know to do it is is to calculate both the reactants to one product and see which one can produce the most. Is there any short cuts to this?? Thanks Guys!

the only way i know to do it is calculating the mols of each reactant with the given quantity of each and then compare that with the balanced equation. Using ratios, you can tell which reactant you wouldnt have enough of which would be the limiting reagent.
