I interviewed at Geisinger a month ago. Loved the program and people. I will be ranking this place number one. The only thing i'm concerned about is the interview day which was very laid back. Most of the people I interviewed with, we just talked about my hobbies and nothing about emergency medicine.

not sure how they will rank us based on the interview? do they send out letters that state that "we liked you and we are ranking you at the top of our list?"

before any of you ask, yes I am aware that geisinger is located in a small town in PA, I actually like that because I grew up on a farm in Ohio.

I interviewed there a week ago and think I remember them specifically saying there aren't any post-interview word games like that, but I could be getting that mixed up with another program I was at.
