Geisinger medical center - worst program ever

I happened to know someone working at Geisinger , who was very unhappy all the time there . He was almost always depressed . The program is full of racist attendings and people who mistreat the residents . The chief residents take no responsibility , infact make life and schedule difficult than it already is. They accommodate no requests and tend to be very biased especially with people from different country and religion . IMG Residents face racist remarks and have to work 3 times more and be very careful when dealing with the people . He is done with his residency there but it has impacted his life to the extent that he plans to go back to his home country.

The program is already in a location where most of you don't want to work , on top of that the work culture is horrible . People are lazy , irresponsible and tend be in position where they do all they can to harm the residents career , forget about providing opportunity .
If at all I would suggest never to rank Geisinger or even consider it unless u really want to . All in all horrible program .

1. It's obvious the OP is writing [poorly] about himself.
2. It's not at all obvious what program at Geisinger that he's talking about. Some of the things (Central Pennsylvania racism) may span all departments, but other complaints he had are very department specific.

We can surmise, at least, that it's not a very competitive specialty.
