Hi,
Does anyone have specific suggestions as to how to tackle these two sections of the DAT. I am about to go through the Schaum's outline for gen. chem., do you think this will take too much time or it would be worth it? I am also struggling with figuring out a way to ace the quantitative section. I know the math itself is fairly simple, I just can't find a lot of problems that simulate the real thing. Thanks in advance.

I dont know about Schaum's outline for Gchem but the Kaplan seemed to work just fine for me on the DAT. Your Gchem text should give you many practice problems for that section. For QR I heard that GRE math books are useful and there are a ton of practice problems online for QR, as well as books you can buy at a bookstore. I hope that helps.
