Gen.Chem Help!!

Hi everyone..

i have been doing Destroyer problems for Gen.Chem and am finding them a bit hard... is it just me or are they kinda challenging??
does anyone know how similar in difficulty the real thing is compared to problems in Destroyer??

From what I've read, it seems the destroyer problems are more difficult than the real DAT. Also on the DAT, I don't think you will have the type of calculation problems that are found on destroyer where a calculator would be nice. I'm also doing them right now and I find them pretty challenging, so you're def not alone. This is my first time going through em, but I hear the 2nd/3rd time is much easier. Keep at it!👍

Yeah I hope destroyer is harder. I've been getting about 6/10 right which I don't think is good. I haven't been using a calculator though. Trying to do the calculations on paper...

For destroyer I would only set up the problem up since the calculations require a calculator otherwise you'll be on each question for more than just a minute. On the DAT calculations that are astronomical will be set up for you.

Just set up the equations and use a calculator to get the answer. If it matches that means you know what you're doing. The calculation itself is another story haha.

Going through Destroyer for G. Chem it took a LONG time for me to finish it because I was doing terrible. I think part of my problem was that I was trying to do 100 G. Chem problems a day. I think you're much better off doing fewer problems in each section but doing every section each day.

From what I've read G. Chem is easier on the DAT than it is in Destroyer.
