Does anyone know what kind of board scores are needed to interview and maybe get a spot at UAB, University of Arkansas, and possibly Vandy? Or, if you could tell me where to find that info, that'd be great.

Hard to say. At most, it will cost $75 to apply to all three programs - very different programs, incidentaly. Apply and see what happens.

There's so much randomness. I know people with 240s that don't get offered many interviews, while people with 220s match at their #1 choice.

I got an interview at UAB and my Step1 was 233, and GPA 3.7. Waiting on Vandy.

Hit the average (for GS) and you should be in the running for Arkansas. For the other two you'll need to add at least one standard deviation.
