What's the best tools to study for Gen chem and ochem if you KNOW nothing. I took these classes 3 years ago and forgot alot of stuff. I have DAT Destroyer and KAPLAN. Should I just read Kaplan and then do practice problems from Destroyer? Should I get an AP book from Barnes and Nobles and study off that. HELP PLZZZZ.

Kaplan should be good enough, practice problems will help u remember them when u do them! gluck!

Read through Kaplan, and see if it jogs your memory. If it does, then great. However, if your finding that you don't really remember anything and are just trying to straight-up memorize everything you read, I'd get a more detailed book. Gchem and Orgo aren't subjects where you simply memorize what you read and can then answer questions. You need to learn and understand them, and I don't think kaplan alone can do that.
