Hello!

I'm currently in the process of filling out my application and I had a couple of questions.

1.) For the letters of rec: Can you send them in electronically or can they be mailed in? How do I go about doing either? Also, I know the application says somewhere that you can send in 4 letters. But I have 3 dentists and 2 science professors writing me letters. Will they not accept all 5?

2.) College Transcript: Is this automatically attached somewhere in the application? Or does my school need to send it via mail to the schools I'm applying to?

In the evaluation section, you can select electronic submission or paper (for each evaluator). If you do paper, you need to supply your evaluator a form that they will include with their letter they mail. You can only do 4 letters in aadsas. Three dentists is overkill, but if you must, contact each school and ask if they accept more letters directly.

Transcripts are similar to letters, except they must be mailed (no electronic option). They too have a form you will give your registrar that will be mailed with your transcript directly to AADSAS. Your school does not need to send transcripts to schools you apply to. Only to aadsas at this point.

There are instructions on the application:

No more than 4 letters are allowed on the site

Once you enter your school(s) into their system if you look at the list of school(s) you will see on the left of each school you entered, a link to its matching form. You print that out and send it with a transcript request to your school(s) and they send your transcript with that form.
