I am having a problem with ionic equations. any help would be appreciated.

heres the problem-

Ba(OH)2 + H3PO4

I need to determine the net equation and full ionic equation. I have no problem finding the net and ionic equations for other problems but I am having a hard time combining the hydroxide and hydrogen (I know it forms H2O, but I can't seem to get the numbers to line up).

Heres as far as I got-

Ba(OH)2 + H3PO4 -----> Ba3(PO4)2 + (Heres the problem, I know the answer when balanced should be 6H2O)

I have a feeling that the more I go over the more I'm confusing myself with a very simple concept

Thank you for any help
