I just wonder do I need remember all the constant values numbers of the general chemistry such is gas constant is 8.21*10-2 l.atm/(mol.k)? thanks.

The only information you are given on the test is the periodic table. Most of the problems that involve a constant typically only look for the setup of the equation rather than the answer from what I've been seeing. I'd definitely still know the constants though.
