General chemistry regarding a reactant

I was going over Chad's videos in Diels-Alder and Hydride reductions and came across LiAl[OC(CH3)3]3H in one of the questions... I have never learned this reagent in my life... is this just another form of LiAlH4?

What about DIBALH, -78 degrees celsius /H2O? What does this do
