I am a trad applicant with a 507-510 MCAT, 3.7 GPA, pretty average ECs. I have gotten a few DO acceptances but have not received any MD interviews yet. At this point should I assume I won't be receiving any MD interview invites? Trying to remain hopeful but also want to be realistic. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

No one here will be able to tell you for sure. Some schools finish sending IIs in December, some send them well into February. It fully depends on what schools you applied to. Overall, be happy for the acceptances you have and be patient/optimistic while waiting to hear from your other schools.

There is no way to give you advice without a school list posted. Some schools are almost done with interviews, while some are still going. Also, when did you submit? That matters too. You got to provide more details mate.

Listen to @LindaAccepted 's Straight Talk podcasts for the schools you are waiting to hear back from. Before retiring recently, she consistently asked admissions officers about their admissions timelines and when they generally stop interviewing. Even if some of the interviews are a few cycles old, it's the best information you have.

You can also go into SDN school-specific prior year discussions and see when previous applicants stop reporting interviews. You can check Admit and CycleTrack too, which offer more visual representations. I got so crazy I was even looking at MDApplicants and reading about cycles from 20 years ago.

Again, all of this information is imperfect, but inquiring minds want to know.

In all likelihood, though, I would not bank on more movement. I agree that you should start narrowing your cognitive and emotional focus toward the schools who have given you offers.

In a way, by holding out for something better to come along, you do not permit yourself to be happy about your own success. You did it! Move on knowing that you gave it your best shot, and if you do end up hearing something back before the end of the cycle, all the more power to you.
