Can I take one section at a time throughout, oh let's say a year, instead of doing it in a single sitting? It would sure as hell help, because as soon as I am done some of these science courses I am taking, I will likely forget the material I previously covered in other science courses. I am also worried that when I sit down and give my self a few months to study over all of that material, I will forget those first few months and only have the most recently studied info on my mind, and those months of hard-studying will just go to waste. My brain can't retain all of those details forever, and I know the real DAT sure as hell won't be as easy as this Kaplan DAT I've recently taken and got all 20s on (what a joke -- bloody high school science questions, I swear.)

No you cannot do that. If it were like that you would see a lot of 30's from people. I know what you're saying when it comes to forgetting stuff. I forgot stuff I studied a month or two ago. However, seeing it once really helps and each time you go over it, it will be more and more innate. Just make sure you keep repeating and reviewing things over and over and over... It should stick. Good luck.
