Professional tutors, i.e. experts in chemistry who teach for a living, tutor online via Skype Premium using an electronic drawing tablet and shared screen technology. They can even create custom-made spectroscopy problems (IR, NMR, MS) for you.

It's pretty easy. You simply take a Skype video call, and within a minute see someone writing on your screen. Each electronic "piece of paper" is saved as a jpeg or png file, and then e-mailed to you.
