So far all of my interview invites have been though email. So, keep an eye on your spam folder so you don't miss something.

I have received email invites from:
University of Kentucky
Campbell University
Wayne State University

Ohio State was by email, but then I had to call to confirm my date.
NEOUCOP called me directly, then sent a confirmation email.

University of Kentucky: email, as hillwilliam said BUT if you have gmail it probably will go into your SPAM MAIL. Make sure you check this!
