Hello guys I had a question about shadowing that I havn't seen answered here. When I shadow, do I need to have the dentist sign a piece of paper validating me being there? or just keep a tracklist of the practices I have visited? Sorry if this as been answered before but I didn't see it mentioned already. Thanks!
