I am a little concerned about my RC score (17-yes I got the piano) and was wondering if that is going to truly hinder my chances to get accepted...I have a 22AA/23TS/19 PAT...any thoughts? I know I am above average for everything else but please let me know what you guys think regarding my chances as I am truly concerned...My GPA is a 3.99 and I am applying to Buff, Penn, Stony Brook, UPitt, Ohio State, Columbia, NYU, BU, UConn, UMaryland...Please comment as I am truly concerned . RC can definitely hurt your chances but I think overall with your stats, you will be fine. Last year, several people got instant rejections from a few select schools simply because of their RC score but if I remember correctly it was none of the schools you listed.

You will get accepted somewhere because you have awesome GPA. Don't worry now. Relax.

Yea, I think ASDOH was one of those big RC schools.
