How hard is it to go from a DO school to a community general surgery residency?

What are the hours like for a *community* GS residency?

What is the pay like after residency?

Pay after residency is pretty much universal. In fact you can find all of that information with the most basic of google searches.

There was some one who post about GS in allopathic forums and actually the residents and attending have stated most info about salaries online is inaccurate (usually understated). The most accurate report is MGMA so far and I believe you have to pay for it.
