General Surgery SubI in NS application

Hello,

I wanna ask about General Surgery SubI (& LOR) with Neursourgery SubI in my application. Would this affect my chances in NS match ? Would programs consider that it is a back up or doing surgical SubIs is good in the application ?

I don't think that it would hurt at all and would benefit you during your time on Gen Surg/Trauma/SICU as an intern.
