Hello Everyone!

Is it okay to send the transcripts and LORS to AADSAS before we submit our on-line application?

Yes, that's what you're supposed to do. They will not process your application without official transcripts but they will if your letters aren't in. Some undergrads have a letter of recommendation service (like mine), and people may choose to use them, so AADSAS does not wait for letters of rec.

Do you know if I can send in the transcripts myself or does the school have to do that? (My school is a city school with really bad administration)

It has to be an OFFICIAL transcript usually sent directly from the school. I know that transcripts issued to students usually have a stamp that says "student issued" which AADSAS says they will not accept. So I would print out the matching form and give it to your administration and hope for the best.
