Yes, that's what you're supposed to do. They will not process your application without official transcripts but they will if your letters aren't in. Some undergrads have a letter of recommendation service (like mine), and people may choose to use them, so AADSAS does not wait for letters of rec.

It has to be an OFFICIAL transcript usually sent directly from the school. I know that transcripts issued to students usually have a stamp that says "student issued" which AADSAS says they will not accept. So I would print out the matching form and give it to your administration and hope for the best.
