Genetics residency

[HAJR]

Hello,
I wonder about doing genetics residency training... I like basic sciences.. I am board certified in Internal Medicine...
I think Genetics is now evoloving to cover adult medicine... but not really sure the responsibilties they hold and their type of duties.. and from an applicant point of view, what will a program director be looking for.
