If twin females marry twin males, and they each have a child, will both children look alike? Why or Why Not?

No. While each set of twins will be chromosomally identical in the diploid state, each haploid gamete will be unique due to crossover events of different maternal and paternal genes during meiosis. Their genotypes will be very similar but certainly not identical.

Assuming we are talking about two sets of monozygotic twins marrying, genetically there will be as much similarity between their children as there is between siblings.
