I have lost my earliest patients to follow-up but I have some folks at 9 months 100% relief. What is the longest that you have seen genicular RFA work?

It is interesting that patient who have lived with pain for 15 years before RFA have minimal pain return and they want a repeat procedure immediately since they have seen how nice life can be without pain.

I've just started doing this in my practice (2 knees so far, happy with their RF but only out 1 month) and I have my first hip RF coming, how are your hips looking?

Have you had any problems with Medicare reimbursement? I'm working through an ASC and they said the Medicare numbers are not great for the cost they spend on the kits but I'd hate to not offer it to my Medicare patients...

kits? what kits? are you doing cooled RFA?

all you need is an RFA machine/probe, a needle and a lot of local...

If using traditional RF needles/probes do you just make a long lesion in the AP orientation across the inflection zones to catch the genicular nerves?
