If you are told the phenotype like: you have 100 solid yellow bees and 110 striped bees what would the genotype be?

There's a 1:1 ratio of solid to striped. If the question stated yellow solid as the recessive 👍 and Striped as dominant (Y) and asked what the genotype of the parents, it would be a cross between Yy and yy, resulting in two Yy (striped) and two yy (yellow solid). ~ 1:1 ratio. I thinks these parts or components would show up as a DAT question. Hope this helps.
