Do we need to know all of the geometry formulas? Is knowing the volume and area formula for a square based pyramid or the volume, area, and lateral area of a cone as important as knowing the formulas for a circle, sphere, rhombus, square, and a rectangle. I don't want to spend too much time memorizing unimportant formulas.
Thanks

I think I've only ever seen them pop up on like..Kaplan questions but hey if you've got the time it couldn't hurt right? I've got a 40-card anki deck for geometry formulas if you want them. It'll take you like 10-15 minutes per day to memorize them assuming you weren't already familiar. The geometry formulas there have worked for all my practice material (genius/bootcamp/destroyers)
