He's talking so obviously moving air initially but definitely has the hypoxic hue wayy before they let off of him. Seriously, what were they thinking? Autopsy apparently says no sign of strangulation. But I'm thinking gradual desaturation -> LOC -> cardiac arrest. Thoughts?
