I am trying to decide between Duke and George Town for premed.
what percentage of folks are accepted to the George Town EAP ?
And how is the premed program in general ?

I'd go Georgetown because DC is my favorite city in the US. However both are great schools. Duke probably has a bit more name recognition/prestige, but just barely.

The pre-med courses at Duke likely have more competitive students, since Georgetown is primarily a LAC with top-notch humanities courses, although Georgetown does have a good science department as well. They are both tremendous schools, and whichever one you do choose, you will likely have a great experience and definitely an excellent education.

Duke has an 85%+ acceptance rate to medical school and its stronger students are heavily represented at medical schools across the country. However, the students at Duke are likely to be a bit more competitive than the students at Georgetown and a larger cohort of your class at Duke is likely to be premed.

You can't really go wrong with either, but, assuming geographical location doesn't play a huge role and finances aren't a deciding factor, I would go with Duke.
