Program-Specific Info / Q's George Washington OTD

Hey all- I really like George Washington OTD program as a school since I live in the Northern Virginia area. However I’m hesitant about the program since it’s a hybrid program and being close to my cohort is important to me. I’m curious if this anyone’s first choice, how they feel about the hybrid format, and if they are also from this area? I haven’t been accepted yet, but if I am I would definitely strongly consider it.
