How long does it take to hear after your file becomes complete for review?

My file switched to "under review" on 1/29 and I still haven't heard back

I had a 3.4 cGPA, 3.0 sGPA. >2000 hours clinical research, public health/policy research, and mentoring underrepresented students at my university.
