I was a Georgetown Post Bac student that will not be continuing in the program next semester and need to sublet my apartment. It is one room in a two bedroom two bath unit located in the Lincoln Towers. This apartment is located one block from the Ballston Metro Station and across the street from the Ballston Commons Mall. The building is equipped with a pool and exercise room as well as multiple computer rooms that offer free printing. My roommate is a second year in the program and is friendly, quiet, and studious. The rent is between 1050 and 1150 per month which is a fairly decent price for the quality of the apartment. Please pm me with any questions.
