GEP and GEM? Meaning pls!

The title says it all. What is the difference and wat do they mean. I know it involves postgrad entry to medcine. Thanx for ne forthcoming help. 🙂
 
GEM= Graduate Entry Medicine
GEP= Graduate Entry Programme

They are both accelerated 4 year courses. No difference between them.
