I am in a 4 year engineering college getting my degree right now with great grades and EC etc. However, I am also a German citizen alongside being a US citizen. I have also taken the German test that allows me to study in Germany, Sprachdiplom II on the C level. How would I go about applying to German medical school? Would they take me? How would I be disadvantaged if I wanted to do residency in the US? Thanks.

Well you would definitely be at a disadvantage and a major disadvantage, likely something around a 15 point disadvantage on the USMLE. Its better just to do medical school in the US, maybe do an elective in Germany if you really want.
